      We are seeking an experienced Training Specialist to design and deliver training content focused on data governance tools and best practices. In this role, you will provide resource support to business users, coordinate internal and external communication efforts, and assist the Project Management Office (PMO) in identifying opportunities to enhance training and communication strategies. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in data governance and a passion for education and knowledge sharing.

      Key Responsibilities:
      • Training Design & Development: Design and develop comprehensive training content and resources to educate business users on data governance tools and best practices.
      • Content Strategy: Create and manage a content strategy for training materials, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and user needs.
      • Training Delivery: Deliver live training sessions, both virtually and in-person, to educate users on data-related topics, including the use of business intelligence tools, data literacy, data visualization, and data governance tools like Collibra.
      • Customer Support: Provide direct support to users by responding to inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and offering guidance on the use of data governance tools and resources.
      • Knowledge Management: Develop and maintain knowledge-sharing resources to support ongoing learning and adoption of data governance practices within the organization.
      • Communication Coordination: Assist the PMO in coordinating internal and external communications, identifying opportunities to improve training effectiveness and communication strategies.
      • Resource Development: Create user-friendly training materials, guides, and documentation that cater to various learning styles and levels of expertise.

      Qualifications:
      • Experience: 3+ years of experience working with data governance tools and best practices.
        Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
      • Training Expertise: Proven experience in designing training content and resources in one of the following areas: data visualization, data analysis, data science, data governance, federal HR, or DEIA.
      • Content Strategy: Experience in content strategy and/or knowledge management.
      • Training Delivery: Strong experience delivering live training sessions, both virtually and in-person.
      • Customer Support: Demonstrated experience providing direct customer support, including responding to inquiries and troubleshooting issues related to data governance tools.
      • Technical Skills: Familiarity with data governance tools such as Collibra and experience creating training content on data-related topics.

      Preferred Qualifications:
      • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
      • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt training content to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
      • Experience in federal HR, DEIA, or related fields is a plus.
