What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct training programs for employees, tracking and analyzing effectiveness
- Monitor and report on the impact of training on employees during orientation and career development
- Meet with operational management to recommend new training materials
- Answer telephones, maintain logs/records, and motivate employees
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for training programs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree required, BS in healthcare, life science, or business field preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous classroom training experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience as a Training Specialist in a healthcare-related field
