What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct instructor-led activities for new and existing contact center specialists to support payments and digital banking programs
- Maintain knowledge of current processes, client information, and compliance through provided resources
- Provide feedback on training modules and administer assessments to identify learning gaps
- Offer real-time coaching through call observations and side-by-side training
- Participate in project teams and attend local meetings as assigned by management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 or more years of call center experience
- 1 or more years of training experience
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate technical issues
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree
- Knowledge of call center operations
- Banking and digital banking experience
- Dynamic presentation skills with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment
