      About the Role:
      We are seeking a dedicated Training Specialist to enhance the capabilities of our support center team. In this role, you will identify training needs, develop and deliver engaging training programs, and contribute to the creation and managing of knowledge articles and learning content. You'll leverage learning management systems to manage and track training initiatives while ensuring agents are equipped to provide exceptional customer service. Your role will be essential in promoting a culture of continuous learning, professional development, and growth. Additionally, you will coordinate and organize all aspects of training, including scheduling, shadowing, and maintaining up-to-date materials, along with other duties as needed.
      What you'll do:
      • Deliver training to Support Center staff in a clear and concise manner.
      • Develop new training material; update and maintain existing training material and agent resources.
      • Assess training requirements by evaluating team performance and feedback.
      • Design and implement effective training programs, including onboarding and ongoing development.
      • Develop instructional materials and resources tailored to various learning styles.
      • Coordinate training logistics: identify mentors and schedule job shadows, identify and schedule guest speakers.
      • Create agent assessment tools; assess knowledge level of individual agents.
      • Update internal websites and programs with the latest information, including update of various tables; provide input about site content and format.
      • Contribute to Support Center projects and activities.
      What you'll need:
      • Computer software skills needed (Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, etc.) required
      • Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency in both written and spoken communication is strongly preferred.
      • Prior knowledge or experience of the direct sales business model is preferred
      • Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs in a support center environment
      • Strong understanding of adult learning principles
      • Proficiency in learning management systems and training software
      • Infosys, Salesforce, and Zoho experience
      • Demonstrate team-centered attitude and abilities showing excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      • Ability to organize and prioritize time and to work independently and carry out required tasks
      • Ability to receive both positive and negative feedback and implement the necessary adjustments
      • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously achieving required results
      • Ability to work effectively with others in a coordinating role
      • Ability to give constructive feedback to adjust as needed
      • Ability to work effectively with others in a mentoring and coaching role with excellent interpersonal skills
