What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and conduct employee training sessions
- Maintain records and coordinate files
- Conduct required trainings such as CPR/First Aid & SAMA
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
- Regularly audit files and maintain documentation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in social services, education, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years' experience conducting training
- 1 year of experience in creating training curriculum and/or presentations
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in Relias
- SAMA & CPR/First Aid Facilitator Certifications
- Familiarity with training topics such as Trauma, Grief & Loss, Boundaries, Ethics, Child Development, HIPAA, and OSHA
