      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with district leaders and stakeholders to strengthen Academic and Career Planning (ACP) implementation
      - Create and deliver training materials and professional learning sessions for educators on the ACP process
      - Support school staff in utilizing Xello platform data to enhance student engagement
      - Conduct evaluations and share best practices in ACP to improve student outcomes
      - Represent the employer at regional events and conferences to promote ACP initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Deep understanding of Wisconsin Education for Employment (E4E) and ACP statutory requirements
      - Familiarity with Wisconsin Career Readiness Standards and regional K-12 career pathway development
      - High competency in analyzing educational data to evaluate ACP practices and student outcomes
      - Experience implementing ACP or similar future-readiness initiatives in K-12 settings
      - Driver's license required and ability to travel across Wisconsin

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Google Suite
      - Experience in the education technology industry
