      We are looking for a Transaction Manager to join our Brokerage team in our Chicago office . You r primary focus will be to manage lease transactions while fostering client relationships and business growth. You will work both independently and as part of a team , and will occasionally supervise or manage the workload of S enior A nalysts and A nalysts. Our Transaction Manager will manage and work with professionals across a wide variety of disciplines and business units. This is a high-volume client-facing environment that is fun, fast-paced, collaborative, dynamic and inclusive .

      • Assume key transaction responsibilities & provide market advice for client (s)

      • Improve client transaction management processes by handling a high volume of transactions , reporting updates to clients and a ttend ing regular client meetings & conference calls

      • Select & manage co-brokers for lease transactions while m anag ing a nalyst responsibilities throughout the deal process

      • Review lease documents , write lease summaries & abstracts, as part of due diligence process

      • Gather & evaluate real estate market & property dat a by r esearch ing market, companies, landlords, & potential subtenants

      • W ork on and direct special projects & assignment s

      • Prepare commission invoices and track transactions in proprietary software programs

      Interested ? An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications :

      Required

      • 3 + years commercial real estate transaction or leasing experience

      • Real estate brokerage or salesperson’s license

      Preferred

      • Understanding of & commitment to client services with s uperior negotiation , leasing & interpersonal skills including verbal & written communication

      • Ability to build relationships & interact effectively with business partners & clients

      • Project management capabilities, including multi-tasking, prioritization, deadline management, & the ability to work both independently & with a team

      • Willingness to take on new challenges, responsibilities, assignments & to work within a diverse, collaborative, and driven professional environment

      • Bachelor’s degree in Business , Finance , Real Estate or related is preferred
