      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead transactions automation projects and provide technical user support for HR systems
      - Pull extensive reports from the Management Information Retrieval System (MIRS)
      - Communicate effectively and provide customer service support
      - Follow verbal and written instructions while demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills
      - Participate in background investigations prior to hire

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions and communicate effectively
      - Strong organization, time management, and customer service skills
      - Knowledge of general office equipment and proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, and FileMaker Pro
      - Minimum experience in a related role as specified in the classification specification
      - Background investigation clearance required prior to hire

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with MIRS and/or personnel transactions
      - Knowledge of process improvement and automation
      - Ability to interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations, and bargaining unit contracts
      - Experience in reporting, presenting, and communicating complex information
