      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review electronic payroll documents submitted by contractors and subcontractors across the United States
      - Transcribe wage and project data from scanned PDFs into government-provided Excel spreadsheets
      - Capture critical data elements, including employee classification, pay rates, and project information
      - Ensure accuracy of at least 98% through random sampling and deliver complete data files within specified timelines
      - Adhere to government security and privacy requirements, safeguarding sensitive payroll data

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
      - Active Public Trust clearance required
      - Minimum of 2 years of data entry experience; prior federal contract or payroll transcription experience highly desirable
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with skills in data validation and quality checks
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective coordination with Program Office staff
