      Your impact

      A career in our Global Tax & Transfer Pricing team in Brussels, Ghent or Antwerp, within the Corporate Tax practice, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients develop compliant, tax efficient structures that help advance their business goals. You’ll focus on all aspects of documentation, planning, dispute prevention and resolution and operational implementation.

      Our team helps our clients with a range of transfer pricing solutions. You’ll focus on helping clients with business transformation that ultimately helps advance their business goals.

      As a Transfer Pricing (Senior) Manager, you'll make an impact by:

      - Advising our clients on business transformations from a tax point of view;

      - Developing transfer pricing policies for multinational groups tailored to their specific needs;
      - Identifying opportunities for tax incentives;

      - Assisting clients in seeking upfront agreement with tax authorities through APAs and rulings;

      - Supporting clients with tax disputes and seeking resolution through appeal and/or mutual agreement procedures;

      - Performing value chain analysis.

      About you

      You have:

      • at least 5 years of relevant experience ;

      • gained relevant experience in-house, in a Big-4 or law firm;

      • A Master in Tax law, Business Engineer, Finance, Economics, or other quantitative discipline;

      • A strong interest in business and corporate strategy;

      • Strong analytical abilities;

      • Interest to work in an international environment;

      • A fluent knowledge of either Dutch or French, English is mandatory;

      • The ability to take complex concepts and analyses and clearly explain them in written form;

      • The ability to work well in team-based environments;

      • Attention to detail, the ability to balance multiple projects at the same time, and a willingness to take ownership over assigned tasks.
