- Liaise with commercial teams to understand business developments to ensure appropriate charging mechanisms are established where relevant
- Ensure alignment with business transformation strategy teams, currently involved with the expansion and streamlining of global delivery centres, to advise and project manage transfer pricing input
- Responsible for ensuring group financing policy and practice is transfer pricing compliant and in line with latest tax authority approaches and case law, keeping abreast of OECD developments and technical changes
- Assist country finance teams with key transfer pricing audits, advising on approach and strategy
- Review and monitor annual IT cost charging and IP developments within the group with ongoing liaison with the Tokyo tax team to ensure charging reflects developing One Dentsu policy
- Review local file documentation and monitor completion in key countries and preparation of the annual Masterfile update
- CTA or ACA qualified with a minimum of 8+ years tax experience preferably both in an advisory firm and in industry
- Strong understanding of technical and practical aspects of transfer pricing with experience and knowledge of the wider tax implications of cross border transactions (withholding tax, corporate and indirect taxes)
- Detail orientated with the ability to multi-task; commercially astute with a collaborative approach to getting the best outcome aligned to compliance
- Excellent accounting and analytical skills, highly proficient in using excel and accounting packages
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills with the ability to develop and maintain a high profile with commercial, functional and country teams
- Experience in a fast-paced industry undergoing regular changes

We’re hiring for a Transfer Pricing Senior Manager to join our Group Tax team in Dentsu London.
Purpose of the Role
As Transfer Pricing Senior Manager you’ll be an experienced tax adviser responsible for the overall management of transfer pricing for the Dentsu International group. This will involve identifying risks, recommending practical solutions, and making decisions based on experience and judgement to ensure group transfer pricing policies are adhered to group wide.
You’ll maintain relationships with key commercial personnel in order to ensure that developing business needs and requirements are supported through robust and supportable charging mechanisms. You’ll monitor local compliance effectiveness in key countries and assisting with the strategy of material audits.
