What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of work experience in change, strategy, or transformation role
- Motivated, proactive, authentic, committed team player
- Experience in executing complex strategic programs, preferably in tech
- Excellent communication, program management, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior consulting experience
- Creative development skills for visually engaging deliverables
