      Position Description

      At a Glance

      Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Transformation Manager to join our Global Operations team within the Data Center Power and Control (DPC) division. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive large-scale change across a rapidly growing organization that is investing heavily in its operational capabilities. Working under the Senior Director of Operational Excellence, the manager will play a central role in shaping the manufacturing transformation strategy and supporting critical decisions that impact performance and growth.

      DPC has experienced significant growth and is actively working to transform its operations to improve agility, efficiency, and customer responsiveness. This role will collaborate closely with all DPC business units—including Starline, PAC, CCB, DAT, and ZPE—to design and execute key initiatives that elevate operational performance. The scope of interaction spans from engaging with operators on the shop floor to presenting strategic recommendations to senior executives.

      The role will focus on core operational initiatives, including warehouse improvements, advanced logistics concepts, and factory performance enhancements. This position may include project management responsibilities to advance high-impact initiatives across the organization.

      Location: This is a REMOTE position

      Travel: Up to 50%

      What Will You Do?

      • Work closely with the divisions to shape a long-term manufacturing transformation roadmap that supports growth, innovation, and operational excellence across global sites.
      • Develop and drive end-to-end transformation initiatives across functions (Sales, Engineering, Operations) to streamline processes and strengthen business resilience.
      • Analyze performance data from various divisions to shape the transformation strategy and launch initiatives.
      • Lead and support warehouse optimization, logistics redesign, and factory performance improvement efforts.
      • Develop executive-level presentations, financial models, and strategic summaries to support data-driven decision-making.
      • Manage key transformation initiatives with cross-functional teams and support the implementation of projects.
      • Contribute to project planning and execution, potentially serving in a project management capacity across key initiatives.

      Qualifications

      Education:

      • Bachelor of Science in Industrial, Manufacturing, Operations, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
      • MBA or master’s degree with a concentration in Operations, Supply Chain, or Industrial Management preferred.

      Experience:

      • 10+ years of hands-on experience in project execution-oriented manufacturing engineering capacity.

      Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

      • Background in Engineering and Operations is highly desirable, with significant exposure to factory shopfloors.
      • Strong change management experience with a proven ability to influence and align multiple stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
      • Experience in corporate strategy, supply chain development, or industrial operations is highly desirable. Prior exposure to manufacturing or industrial environments is a strong asset.
      • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas and collaborate across all levels of the organization. Must be a focused listener who can extract key insights and validate understanding.
      • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Independent judgment and initiative are essential to plan, prioritize, and execute a diverse workload.
      • Excellent analytical capabilities, including the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and recommend proactive corrective actions. Demonstrated ability to apply logical and structured thinking to both strategic and operational challenges.
      • Must hold a valid passport and be willing to travel internationally if required.

      Salary Range - $120,000 - $155,000/annually
