      Overview Purchase, NY is the preference but not a requirement. PBNA has embarked on a multi-year journey to deploy the PepsiCo Global Template (PGT), an enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA solution covering all aspects of our business operations. Most of the core functionality has already been enabled and the deployment of the solution at the site locations level is still ongoing. As the Transformation Sr. Manager, Nexus Business Process, you will identify and execute process improvements with respect to the end-to-end procurement process in S4 and myBUY which includes the supplier request process, creating purchase requisitions/purchase orders, completing goods receipts, clearing three-way match invoice, and solving PO/GR issues. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business process leads, IT, other programs, and senior stakeholders to organize, prioritize, design, and deliver robust solutions that align with the organization's strategic objectives. This role will partner with members within the immediate Nexus procurement team and the larger Nexus team to gather input/suggestions on what areas need improvements. Other key interactions will be with PGT (both Global and Deployments), Finance, Control, GBS teams and OCM (Change Management). Percent Travel: 10% for NY residents. Responsibilities Business Process Analysis: Understand current solutions in place, work closely with various business units to analyze existing processes, identify opportunities, and recommend improvements to streamline workflows. Solution Design: Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to define requirements and design solutions that meet business needs. Backlog Management: Actively help manage the backlog of requests from initial intake, estimation, prioritization and delivery. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Assist with facilitating collaboration among cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and process owners, to ensure successful delivery of enhancements. Change Management: Collaborate with the change management team to support end-users before and after enhancements implementations, providing training and support to ensure smooth adoption. Documentation and Training: Assist with creating comprehensive process documentation, including process flows, walkme and user guides. Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders as needed. Issue Resolution and Support: Address issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide timely support to minimize business disruptions. Ad hoc duties as assigned Qualifications Strong understanding of business processes and workflows Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, meticulous, organized with attention to detail Effective communicator, both written and oral; ability to articulate or demonstrate perspectives and best practices Positive, resilient and motivated to change and simplify processes Ability to influence and work through others; open to new ways of working, adopting industry standards and best practices Comfortable with ambiguity and able to move forward or seek answers regardless Prior S4 or myBUY procurement experience, preferred Prior project experience, preferred Compensation and Benefits The expected compensation range for this position is between $106,300 - $177,850 based on a full-time schedule. Location confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out Annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
