      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide expert consultation to dentists planning for the sale of their practice
      - Manage the evaluation and transition process of dental practices, ensuring a smooth transaction
      - Develop and maintain relationships with dental practitioners and industry stakeholders
      - Facilitate meetings, presentations, and training sessions for team members and clients
      - Achieve sales goals related to practice valuations and brokerage services

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Prior sales and/or dental experience preferred

      - Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
      - Ability to manage stress and navigate complicated situations effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in a related discipline
      - Sales knowledge and experience in dental industry transitions
      - Comfort in public speaking and presenting to various audience sizes
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
      - Experience in negotiations and conflict resolution
