      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide expert consultation to aid practitioners in planning for the future sale of their practice/business
      - Sell company services to practice owners while delivering a customized and superior client experience
      - Manage stresses and uncertainties from initial conversations through post-closing contacts
      - Maintain continuous and timely contact with clients and other parties throughout a transaction
      - Develop and maintain quality relationships with industry professionals and stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must maintain state-specific real estate licenses in good standing where required by law
      - Minimum of 2 years of sales experience or dental industry knowledge preferred
      - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
      - Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Active New Jersey real estate license preferred, but not required
      - Experience in practice financing or real estate sales
      - Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in a related discipline
      - Proven ability to present information confidently to individuals and groups
      - Advanced negotiation skills and conflict resolution abilities
