Job Description
- Req#: R46365
- Supporting the recruitment and hiring process during the Transition-In period.
- Working closely with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and developing appropriate strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
- Managing a team of recruiters and ensuring that hiring processes are efficient and compliant with company policies and legal regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree AND 2 years of position-specific relevant experience.
- No clearance required
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
- Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
- Frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

Physical Requirements
For all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license.
