What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Support advisors in moving their book of business to LPL Financial
- Act as the subject matter expert for advisors during their transition
- Forecast and address each advisor's unique needs promptly
- Collaborate with colleagues, leadership, and field professionals effectively

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in financial services or client-facing role
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and Outlook
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Proactive problem-solving abilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1+ years of training or business consulting experience in investment services
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- Series 7 and 63, 65, or 66 certifications
- Experience with various lines of business in the financial services industry
