- Ensure adherence to all compliance and legal obligations with a huge emphasis on safety
- Assist with executing the daily plan for all deliveries and collections, with a keen eye on resource available at site and keep the customer updated
- Working closely with the customer on a day-to-day basis, you’ll deliver period revews and customer presentations.
- Provide leadership and guidance for your team to enable them to meet objectives, encouraging open communication
- It’s important you have exposure of working in a fast-paced environment – no two days will be the same and we need you to think on your feet
- Previous experience supervising and developing a team within a complex transport environment
- Every day you’ll need to have an eye on continuous improvement of operational efficiencies and fleet performance - do you have a track record of improving things?

We’re currently recruiting for a Transport Manager to support our transport contract with Omega. Based out of Thorne, Doncaster, You’ll ensure operational success, whilst working closely with the customer.
Pay, benefits and more:
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £50,000 per annum plus car or car allowance. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days.
