  • Previous experience as a Transport Manager essential
  • International CPC Holder - essential
  • Experience working in a unionised environment - essential
  • Customer service focused (both internal and external customers)
  • A positive, can-do – right first-time attitude - motivating and engaging your team
  • You must be able to multi-task within a fast-paced environment and do well under pressure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A proactive and flexible approach - can use initiative and work on your own
  • Ability to develop a team and introduce new working practice
