      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Sell trauma products and solutions to meet the needs of surgeons and healthcare professionals
      - Become a resident trauma expert, providing advice and training on products used in emergency situations
      - Maintain precise inventory control and manage product availability for urgent consultations
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons and hospitals in the assigned territory
      - Participate in sales meetings and professional association events outside regular business hours

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of experience in a clinical healthcare or sales role (or a combination of both)
      - Minimum of 3+ years of sales experience preferred
      - Strong knowledge of sales techniques, marketing strategies, and product demonstrations
      - Excellent organizational skills and proficiency in current office technologies (MS Office suite, databases, etc.)
      - Ability to thrive in emergency and operating room environments

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience building relationships with surgeons and hospitals
      - Familiarity with compliance principles and ethical standards in the healthcare industry
      - Track record of success in a competitive sales environment
