      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee ABA therapy programs to ensure individualized, evidence-based care
      - Supervise and mentor RBTs and BCBA Fellows to develop future clinicians
      - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic therapy solutions
      - Utilize data-driven decision-making to refine treatment plans and enhance progress
      - Participate in caregiver training sessions to extend skill-building beyond therapy

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be a BCBA in good standing with the BACB
      - Licensed in the state of Illinois
      - Commitment to evidence-driven treatment that respects each child’s needs
      - Experience in supervising and mentoring clinical staff
      - Strong advocacy for ethical and individualized care
