      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Plan and book customized travel experiences including flights, hotels, car rentals, and dining reservations
      - Assist customers with cancellations, re-bookings, and exchanges
      - Help Card Members maximize their exclusive benefits and reward points
      - Provide calm, professional support during unexpected travel disruptions
      - Guide customers through the travel website and troubleshoot any issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must reside in GA, FL, VA, SC, NC, PA, TX, AZ, or AL
      - High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred
      - Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in hospitality or travel
      - Must have a private home office with a lockable door
      - High-speed, hard-wired internet connection (25 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)

      - Previous experience in a call center environment
      - Strong geographical and travel knowledge
      - Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently
      - Excellent communication skills, polished, professional, and empathetic
