      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Monitor the Travel Desk Inbox and phone; assist customers with travel and non-travel related inquiries
      - Prepare travel-related documents, reports, and spreadsheets
      - Assist with out-of-state travel requests, including booking hotels and searching for conferences
      - Collaborate with Site EAs and WPO Department Admins to prepare relevant travel data for group requests
      - Review and dispatch in-state travel requests, ensuring all necessary information is complete

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: 2-4 year degree or equivalent experience
      - Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Professional demeanor and ability to interact with all levels of management
      - Familiarity with MS Office Suite and other relevant office applications

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with travel applications such as SABRE, ARC, or TRAMS
