Manage overall delivery of multiple functions including: fleet management, fixed and variable rate vehicle reimbursement program, and travel and expense management directly, via internal partner organizations or vendors
Review, recommend and implement additions, modifications, and removals of vehicles to fleet including evaluating lease versus buy options and annual imputation of income
Manage outside vendors for all services provided for responsible functions
Review and identify ways to improve all functions including cost controls, efficiency of service delivery, and ease of use
Manage the development, implementation and administration of operational policies programs and systems within functional areas
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
5+ years experience in travel and expense, procurement, or related fields.
Knowledgeable in facilitating employee programs
Knowledge of best driving, delivery, reimbursement programs and other industry practices a plus
Experience with Travel and Expense systems, specifically Concur.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to communicate with all levels cross-departmentally within the organization and with external stakeholders.
Outstanding change management skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented with a focus on a high degree of accuracy
Ability to identify, analyze and resolve problems in a timely manner with minimal oversight and support
Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to travel to Zurn Elkay locations

Job Description
The Corporate Expense Manager oversees the comprehensive management of travel, expense, and fleet programs, ensuring policy compliance, system maintenance, and documentation accuracy. This role includes collaboration with Corporate Communications to educate employees on processes and policies, while continually seeking cost-saving opportunities across all functions.
