- Coordinate itineraries and ensure travel details are accurate and well organized >
- Communicate with travel suppliers and partners to confirm reservations and availability >
- Maintain detailed records of travel bookings, confirmations, and client communications >
- Provide support to travelers before and during their trips as needed >
- Stay informed about travel promotions, supplier updates, and destination information >
- Ensure clients receive clear travel details and itinerary information prior to departure >
- Strong organizational and communication skills >
- Ability to manage multiple travel requests and deadlines >

$40,000 - $70,000 a year
