What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage travel technology projects and support clients with technical inquiries
- Ensure seamless integration of technology solutions for enhanced travel experiences
- Analyze user needs and provide solutions to improve efficiency
- Collaborate closely with the development team to enhance existing products and create new software solutions
- Communicate effectively with technical teams and travel professionals to ensure project completion on time
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in a travel-related technology role
- Strong understanding of GDS systems (Galileo, Sabre, Amadeus)
- Experience with travel booking software and front-end systems
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Project management experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Computer Science, Information Technology, Business) preferred
