What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Organize and execute the project safety compliance program in accordance with company policies
- Interface with clients to communicate project setup information and status updates
- Develop and maintain an understanding of contract documents and project requirements
- Manage project schedules and coordinate with subcontractors and vendors
- Supervise on-site project managers and staff, ensuring compliance with project requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or a relevant discipline
- Familiarity with lump sum, unit price, and competitive bid environments
- Proven ability to deliver Project Gross Margin on assignments
- Strong understanding of risk assessment policies and procedures
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with leadership abilities

- Experience in bidding, pre-construction services, and budgeting
- Ability to inspire commitment and coach team members effectively
