      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide exceptional customer service to taxpayers through verbal and written communication
      - Review and process tax forms and correspondence accurately
      - Handle extensive phone and computer work to assist customers effectively
      - Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly
      - Ensure all work complies with federal regulations regarding tax information access

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent educational level
      - One year of experience in customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving problems
      - Two years of experience for higher-level positions, including one year at a Treasury Customer Service Representative 6 level
      - Three years of experience for the highest-level position, including two years at a Treasury Customer Service Representative 6 level or one year at a Treasury Customer Service Representative 7 level
      - Availability to perform work in the state of Michigan and willingness to relocate if currently residing outside Michigan

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a call center environment providing customer service
      - Familiarity with remote work environments and related challenges
      - Skills in multi-tasking and prioritizing assignments effectively
      - Knowledge of navigating multiple systems during customer interactions
      - Ability to meet or exceed performance-based goals or metrics
