      Travel + Leisure Co. is currently seeking a Treasury Manager, in Orlando, Florida. The Treasury Manager is responsible for critical day to day Treasury Operations for over 200 Homeowner Associations (HOA) & clubs. A fast-paced position responsible for managing a high volume of daily payment transactions (2,000+/month), including payment campaigns, executing investment settlement transactions, and managing all HOA bank account administration and security administration needs.

      The Treasury Manager provides banking support to all HOA & Club business units and works closely with Accounts Payable, Regulatory and Legal. This position requires strong customer service skills with high attention to detail and strong analytical skills to evaluate and provide Treasury services that meet business requirements. This position supports the Director of Treasury on both banking and Treasury system process improvement projects as well as analyzing bank fees for savings opportunities. The Treasury Manger is expected to mentor, train and aid in the development of Analysts and Sr. Analysts within Treasury team. This role is hybrid in office Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, and remote Thursday and Friday.

      How You'll Shine:

      • Manages Treasury Operations team for HOA Business Units.

      • Identifies cost saving efficiencies while streamlining workflows.

      • Reviews and approves daily wire transfers for the HOAs and Clubs. Ensures clean wire inbox.

      • Reviews and processes approved bank account signatory additions, changes, and deletions.

      • Special duties and projects as assigned by the Director of Treasury.

      • Creates and maintains Treasury Operations Procedures for HOA team.

      • Implements Treasury Process improvements in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

      • Analyzes monthly bank fees and identifies overcharges and/or savings opportunities.

      • Manages all HOA bank account opening and closing requests.

      • Oversees and ensures required bank account, user and other static data, and payment template setups in the Kyriba Treasury Management System (TMS) including balance initialization and signatory information accurately and timely.

      • Helps ensure TMS and online banking platforms are leveraged optimally.

      • Reviews and produces monthly HOA Treasury Operations metrics.

      What You'll Bring:

      • 5-8 years Treasury Operations experience, in a Treasury department setting.

      • 2-3 years leadership experience required.

      • Bachelor’s degree in business (Finance/Accounting) required.

      • MBA or advanced business degree preferred.

      • CTP certification preferred.

      • Proven leadership skills w/experience in developing team members.

      • Self-starter, ability to prioritize and act quickly.

      • Experienced, proven project manager.

      • Change agent, willing to challenge the status quo.

      • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

      • Detail oriented with a passion for creating order and streamlining processes.

      • Ability to multi-task and work independently.

      • Experience w/Treasury Management software (Kyriba preferred)

      • Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word)
