- Complete daily tasks such as depositing checks, posting payments, processing transactions, and other treasury work.
- Utilize key systems (Facets, Workday, Trintech UPCS, Perceptive Content, banking software) and tools (Excel, Outlook, etc.) to efficiently manage payments and applications to members accounts.
- Manage daily spreadsheet updates and cash reconciliations, report activity, void activity, customer support, troubleshooting for various cash and claim payment issues.
- Manage the file reconciliation and adjustment process related to any payments, account posting, auto-posting exceptions (resolve issues and propose process changes).
- Process Returned Check Notices for claim payments (providers and members) caused by incorrect addresses, overpayments, and insufficient funds.
- Process voids, void reissues, alternate payees, and other issues.
- Scan due diligence letters, research/resolve responses, hold/cancel checks, and re-issue checks.
- Performs research and communicates with internal and external parties to resolve treasury-related questions and issues.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Associates' degree with Finance or Accounting emphasis. Can substitute 5 years' work experience in treasury functions, preferably in more than 1 role to display ability to learn and broad knowledge base.
- Minimum 1 year experience working in Treasury, AP, AR, Finance, Accounting, Customer Service, General Business
- Bachelors' degree in Finance, Accounting, or General Business

The Treasury Specialist is responsible for day-to-day activity related to reconciliation of, and processes related to, bank-related company activity. This role deposits checks, posts payments, and supports the claims process through processing returned check notices, while providing excellent customer service.
