      Job Description - Overview

      This position oversees day-to-day administrative and operational functions for Trend Watch projects and processes to achieve success within defined objectives, strategies, and goals.

      What you will do:
      • Work independently and collaboratively with Assistant Vice President, Trend Watch Specialist, Leadership, peers, and cross-functional Teams to coordinate current and emerging trends and consumer engagement using social media and design insight reports
      • Ensure Team and Leadership are up to date, organized, and prepared with all information needed to kickoff, track progress of, and meet objectives for projects, processes, and events
      • Assist in editing short and long format Trend Watch videos
      • Assist in meeting, special event, and project planning preparation, organization, and execution
      • Participate in vendor/venue research, correspondence, and relationship building as needed
      • Gather, track, record, organize and share information and assets with strong attention to detail
      • Conduct research, complete projects, and prepare reports and files in a timely manner
      • Learn new techniques, tools, and technology as required

      Job Description - Requirements

      Education and Experience:

      • Experience or qualifications in related field with demonstrated project management skills
      • Proficient Mac and Microsoft Office Skills (Excel experience required)
      • Proficient knowledge of video editing techniques, industry trends and the customer
