- Generate your own leads using job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and other recruiting methods
- Screen and qualify applicants
- Match drivers with available opportunities
- Follow up with applicants throughout the hiring process
- Build and manage your own recruiting pipeline
- Self-motivated individuals who enjoy working independently
- Strong communication and people skills
- Organized and dependable
- Comfortable using computers, social media, and online job boards
- Sales, recruiting, customer service, or trucking experience is helpful, but not required

What You'll Do
This is an independent contractor position, not hourly employment. Recruiters are responsible for generating their own leads and covering any advertising expenses they choose to use, including platforms such as Indeed, Craigslist, Facebook, or other marketing sources.
