      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide coaching and support for dealer sales representatives to acquire new business and retain existing customers
      - Achieve sales results and margins by developing and implementing effective sales strategies

      - Collaborate closely with local distributors to drive sales

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree with relevant sales experience
      - Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, or 3 years with a Master's degree, or 7 years in total
      - Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
      - Proven ability to build long-term customer relationships and manage customer retention
      - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

      - Experience in the commercial vehicle industry or related field
      - Demonstrated success in driving the sales process from initial contact to closing
      - Ability to articulate product benefits and position the company against competitors
