What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and process legal requests for account information from U.S. and global law enforcement and government agencies
- Participate in the Trust & Safety Policy emergency on-call rotation for urgent requests
- Develop and update internal processes and workflows to reduce legal risk
- Manage internal escalations and educate partner teams on policies and procedures
- Identify trends to inform policy and workflow development
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience handling legal requests for account information
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to create tailored solutions
- Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
- Motivated self-starter who thrives in unstructured environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in legal content removal requests
- Proficiency in additional non-English languages, particularly Spanish and Portuguese
