      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review, analyze, and take action on reports of abusive or harmful content in accordance with client policies and legal guidelines
      - Escalate urgent issues to Trust & Safety leadership, Legal, or client teams when needed
      - Identify patterns, trends, and emerging risks to recommend improvements in processes or tools
      - Contribute to the development of workflows, documentation, and training for team enhancement
      - Communicate clearly and effectively with cross-functional partners and a diverse online community

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 3 years of hands-on content moderation or trust & safety experience, including at least 1-2 years specifically handling CSAM-related cases
      - Proven ability to handle high-volume, detail-oriented work with accuracy
      - Strong organizational skills, analytical mindset, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, positive attitude
      - Comfort working with sensitive content, including potentially disturbing material (training and wellness resources provided)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the tech or legal industry
      - Familiarity with common SaaS platforms and online communities
      - Knowledge of Adobe products and services
