      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Monitor and investigate flagged users, listings, and transactions for potential abuse, fraud, or policy violations
      - Review and action user reports related to prohibited items, harassment, impersonation, or policy breaches
      - Moderate platform content for compliance with marketplace policies and brand-specific guidelines
      - Respond to all chargebacks and maintain high win rates
      - Communicate directly with users (buyers and sellers) regarding decisions made

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, Content Moderation, or Marketplace Operations
      - Excellent judgment and attention to detail in reviewing sensitive content
      - Strong written communication and incident documentation skills
      - Experience using Trust tooling or platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Riskified, Stripe)
      - Ability to handle ambiguous, fast-changing environments

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in pattern detection and policy enforcement
      - Familiarity with eCommerce best practices and trends in resale marketplaces
