      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives
      - Promote new and existing products to distribution channels and end-user communities
      - Maintain strong communication networks and relationships throughout the distribution channels
      - Consult with sales personnel and key customers regarding service, delivery, pricing, or product quality issues
      - Evaluate bid opportunities and recommend strategies to senior management to maximize revenue

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of seven (7) years of overall sales and sales management experience
      - Extensive understanding of sales and sales management functions
      - Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline preferred; significant work experience in the waterworks industry may substitute
      - Ability to travel extensively for projects and responsibilities
      - Strong communication and organizational skills
