What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound customer calls, actively listening and providing excellent service

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of one year experience in customer service or sales in a retail environment

- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
- Completion of a job-related assessment is required for consideration
- Availability to work 20+ hours per week, including at least four days and holidays
