      Job Purpose

      The UCE Executive is part of the UCE Team which has the mission to drive business growth by implementing smarter ways of working to better serve our clients using digital solutions and empowering our colleagues, distribution partners and clients.

      The UCE Executive is responsible to:

      1. Master Data Maintenance of all UCE platforms – master data setup of new products, maintenance of existing platforms & improvements of master data structure and governance
      2. Route Maintenance and Planning – monthly sales routes for Heineken MM sales reps, distributor sales reps and wholesaler sales reps

      Key Accountabilities:

      Route Planning & Maintaining

      • Responsible for planning, maintaining and calibration of routes on a monthly basis for the whole country including all the major cities and regions.
      • Use relevant tools where possible to design the best routes for every single sales reps - master both in house and external tools for monthly route planning
      • Work together with the KPI committee to continuously update on the status of the routes, performance of each sales reps on the route whether visits are being completed in a timely manner or not
      • Keep a good balance between sales force size (number of ASOs nationwide) and the number of outlets they maintain on a monthly basis and calibrate when necessary

      UCE Executive (Master Data Coordination)

      • Setup a standard master data format across all UCE platforms according to the guidelines from retail master and Heineken master data standards
      • Come up with proper data governance structure for the whole organization for all levels of employees
      • Maintain master data of each UCE platform (addition, removing, changing of outlets)
      • Make sure the master data accuracy of each UCE platform is at 100% - come up with innovation initiatives to achieve this goal by working together with internal stakeholders
      • Be the gatekeeper for all master data changes
      • Setup new master data for new UCE platforms to be implemented in 2024
      • Maintain single source of truth across all UCE platforms

      Job Requirements

      • Graduate with at least 3 years work experience
      • Exceptional Data Analysis skills
      • Passion for data with a strong desire to keep improving data standards
      • Be detail oriented
      • Good understanding of data structures across all digital platforms
      • Good communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
      • Strong go get things done mindset
      • Strong desire to grow within the organization
      • Willingness to learn
      • Good competency in English (both written and spoken)
