      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design and deliver structured onboarding programs for newly hired Loan Officers
      - Train Loan Officers on pipeline management, lead conversion, and referral partner engagement
      - Educate Loan Officers on pricing structures and price exception processes
      - Provide ongoing development and coaching for existing Loan Officers
      - Develop and maintain training materials and track training effectiveness

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
      - Minimum 3 years of mortgage industry experience highly preferred
      - Prior experience as a Loan Officer, Sales Leader, Trainer, or similar role required
      - Hands-on experience with Encompass LOS required
      - Excellent presentation, communication, and coaching skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience training or coaching mortgage sales professionals highly preferred
      - Deep understanding of mortgage production and Loan Officer workflows
      - Strong knowledge of pricing and price exception processes
