What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain relationships with key staff of producer partners
- Review and professionally handle all customer inquiries with a focus on timeliness and quality
- Review submissions and obtain pertinent underwriting information to assess risk hazards and exposures
- Prepare quotes on new business and renewals for multi-line coverages
- Facilitate the issuance of multi-state casualty policies and maintain electronic policy files
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED preferred
- At least two years of experience in the insurance industry
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
- General knowledge of Commercial Lines coverages including Workers' Compensation, General Liability, Auto, and Excess/Umbrella
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products and able to quickly master proprietary software applications
