What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist the Underwriter in processing, quoting, and binding new submissions
- Review applications and requests, obtaining missing information as necessary
- Issue confirmation of binding evidence and invoices for new business
- Perform data entry into the Quote and Policy Issuance Databases
- Process renewals and ensure accurate information is entered into the underwriting database

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two years of commercial property casualty insurance experience preferred
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong data entry, web/database search, and application skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- P&C license
- Previous experience in the insurance industry, specifically in underwriting assistance
