      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze and underwrite new and renewal business for Financial Lines Products
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with retail distributors (agents and brokers)
      - Proactively seek renewal and new account opportunities to drive business growth
      - Mentor team members and support organizational sales culture
      - Conduct detailed assessments with distributors to identify growth opportunities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or Equivalent and 3+ years of experience in Underwriting or Market Facing area, or equivalent experience in Claims or Underwriting Support
      - Knowledge of lines of business and relevant legal and regulatory guidelines
      - Experience with Microsoft Office and managing time constraints for quotes
      - Ability to work effectively in a team environment
      - Strong relationship-building skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree
      - 5+ years of experience in Underwriting or Market Facing area
      - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
