What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate case management and family reunification services for children
- Maintain direct contact with unaccompanied child refugees and their family members
- Communicate reunification updates to the minors and participate in case staffing
- Identify potential family members or sponsors for reunification and facilitate the release of children to them
- Maintain case files and provide support to family members or sponsors
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a relevant field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office products
- Ability to work independently and handle complex situations with compassion
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1+ years of experience in case or unification management work
- Experience in call center or case management wellness check
- Previous experience with ORR
