What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate case management and family reunification services for children
- Maintain direct contact with unaccompanied child refugees and their family members
- Communicate reunification updates to the minor and participate in case staffing
- Identify potential family members or sponsors for reunification
- Facilitate the timely release or discharge of children to identified family members or caregivers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a relevant field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office products
- Ability to work independently and exercise confidentiality
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1+ years of demonstrated experience in case or unification management work
- Case Management Wellness Check or call center experience
- Experience with ORR (Office of Refugee Resettlement)
