      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee the study start-up process and manage timelines for oncology clinical trials
      - Prepare, submit, and track all IRB submissions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
      - Complete sponsor-required regulatory documentation and maintain comprehensive records
      - Collaborate with sponsors and CROs to develop compliant informed consent documents
      - Provide regulatory support during sponsor and internal monitoring visits

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree and one year of relevant program experience
      - Proficient understanding of federal regulations and Good Clinical Practice guidelines
      - Strong organizational and communication skills
      - Ability to work effectively in a team environment
      - Familiarity with clinical trial management systems and regulatory documentation

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in clinical trials or regulatory affairs in a healthcare setting
      - Knowledge of the NCI Core Grant requirements
      - Familiarity with the IRB submission process and documentation management
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities
      - Experience working with diverse teams and stakeholders in a clinical research environment
