      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide strategic planning and direction for executive search services at the Universities of Wisconsin
      - Ensure compliance with university, state, and federal regulations related to recruitment and hiring
      - Manage fiscal responsibilities, including budget monitoring for executive search support
      - Serve as a liaison with high-level executives, handling sensitive and confidential matters
      - Analyze and resolve various administrative and technical problems independently

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Related Master's degree and 5+ years of progressive management experience in executive recruitment or an equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Valid Wisconsin driver’s license for transporting individuals during interviews
      - Strong relationship management skills with a proven track record of success
      - Well-developed oral and written communication skills
      - Ability to exercise judgment and discretion in applying guidelines and regulations

      - Possession of professional certifications relevant to executive recruitment
      - Experience in policy and program development within an educational institution
