      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Plan and execute large-scale late-night programs for on-campus residents
      - Support residents during emergency situations and provide crisis response at events
      - Create engaging social media content for Wisconsin Late Night outreach
      - Delegate roles and responsibilities to traditional Late-Night Coordinators
      - Assist in the development and presentation of job training modules

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be currently enrolled at UW-Madison and maintain enrollment throughout the employment period
      - Minimum of one semester of programming experience as a Late-Night Coordinator or Residential Events Programmer
      - Ability to adhere to the University Residence Halls Contract and relevant policies

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in event planning or student programming
      - Strong communication and organizational skills
      - Familiarity with social media engagement strategies
