Design, implement and execute robust, innovative, university specific recruiting strategies to attract and hire top university talent and meet hiring goals across EMEA
Partner and consult with Hiring Managers t o deliver University level hiring
Build and e xecute campus strategy including but not limited to diversity, university partnerships, hosting presentations and networking events, connecting with student groups, participating in career fairs and on-campus interviews
Advocate and foster intern conversions for our graduate roles
Focused efforts on key conferences and sponsorships whilst continuing to evaluate additional opportunities for Adobe to engage.
Design and define new strategies to create a standout candidate experience for our University hires
Participate in the hosting of intern program activities
Accountable for leading multiple cross-team , global UR projects/initiatives
Build our recognition as an employer of choice for students in EMEA through branding, campaigns and events
Ownership of data accuracy and reporting for university hiring in EMEA
3+ years university recruiting/early careers experience
Experience in managing volume requisitions and track record of delivering at pace
Experience in program management and event management is highly preferable
Ability to influence hiring managers and talent
Skilled in data analysis and strong presentation skills
Experience of driving process improvement initiatives in order to achieve an improved candidate and hiring manager experience
Demonstrable track record of building strong partnerships across teams and the business
Willing to travel at least 30%, predominately domestic & attend office 3 days per week
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication
Must be able to work with a sense of urgency, meet deadlines and have a solid attention to detail. Strong organization skills are critical
